Please do not include patient information or other health data in any form or email. Our forms are not designed to receive it.
We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, through our hosting provider's server logs.
3. How we use your information

- To evaluate equipment you offer to sell us and make an offer.

- To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
4. Legal bases (visitors in the EU and UK)
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we process your data on these bases: taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and performing a contract (quotations, purchases, repairs); our legitimate interests in running and securing our business and responding to business inquiries; and compliance with legal obligations. We will only send you marketing emails if you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.
5. Service providers
We share information only with providers who help us run the Site and our business, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form processing, United States).
- Google LLC (Google Translate, only if you choose to translate the page).
- jsDelivr (delivers the code libraries that draw our world map).
- Our email provider.
- Shipping carriers, payment processors and accounting software providers, when needed to complete an order.
We may also disclose information when required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
6. International transfers
We operate in the United States, Spain and Colombia, and our service providers are mostly in the United States. Your information may therefore be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own. Where the law requires additional safeguards for these transfers, such as for information from the European Economic Area, we put appropriate safeguards in place.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and browser storage items:
- googtrans: remembers the language you choose in the Translate menu. Set only if you use it.
- cookieOk (browser storage): remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice.
- Google Translate may set its own cookies when you use the translation feature.
We do not use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this section and, where required, ask for your consent first.
8. How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and form data for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business relationship, and transaction records for as long as required by law, generally up to seven years. Records needed to trace medical equipment we have sold or repaired may be kept longer.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email inquiries@globalendotech.com. Visitors in the EU may also complain to their local data protection authority; in Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es). Visitors in Colombia may contact the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
11. Children
The Site is intended for healthcare and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
